Such matter must be taken up with the UPS company and should be filed with the driver Immediately upon delivery if possible. Manufacture Defects from Products from our stores must be handled between the purchaser and the Brand company the defect occurred on. The majority of our products come with a manufacturers warranty and can be used to return faulty merchandise for a replacement or money back.
